We currently ship to the following countries: Canada, USA, UK, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France,Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Czechia, Portugal, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, and Switzerland.  Please allow us up to 3 - 4 business days to process your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number.

When shipping Sei Kwali pieces internationally, additional customs fees and import duties may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary by region and are determined by local customs authorities. While we ensure proper international shipping procedures, we cannot predetermine these country-specific fees.

Should you decline to accept delivery due to customs charges, you remain responsible for all associated costs, including shipping fees, return shipping, customs duties, and handling charges. In accordance with international regulations, we declare all shipments at their full value and cannot classify them as gifts. Customs clearance times are beyond our control.
